General Terms
Whether by commission or obtaining ownership of any of my works, you automatically agree to abide by all of the following terms and policies.
You must be 18+ to commission me.
I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.
I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel like there is a reason I cannot work with you/your character.
My prices and terms are subject to change without further notice.
My art style is a work in progress, final product may vary.
I retain full artistic freedom when taking a commission. Unless I have gotten something wrong with your character, please do not excessively redline my work or ask for lots of corrections.
There is no fetish/kink I won't do for the right price.
I WILL NOT DRAW REAL PEOPLE. For example: I am okay with drawing Jyn Erso but I am NOT OKAY with drawing her actress.
I WILL NOT DRAW RACISM/HATE CRIMES/BIGOTRY/ETC.
Permissions & Usage
I currently do not offer any commercial use commissions.
Commissioned work is for personal/private use only.
As the artist I retain absolutely all rights and copyrights to my commissioned works, meaning I have the right to publish, advertise, share, print, and otherwise distribute my work in any way, unless private use is arranged for the client beforehand.
No one is authorized to alter, copy, or trace my artwork, or remove, obscure, or crop out my watermark from my artwork in any capacity. Commissioners/valid owners of my art may use their piece as icons/profile banners/any other personal, non-commercial, branding— with explicit credit.
I do not authorize reposts of my art. If you want to share it, just link it to whoever/wherever you want to share.
Under absolutely no circumstances is any person or entity authorized to mint my work as an NFT (Non Fungible Token), commissioned or otherwise, as well as feed my artwork into AI generation software for any purpose. Any existing instances of such are unauthorized, copyright infringement, and blatant theft.
To order a commission, please send the details to any of my active socials (Twitter or Discord) or email me. I will review your details and contact you via Discord if I accept your commission.
Payment for commissions are to be accepted in full and up-front through PayPal invoice or Cashapp in USD before any work is to be started. If the expected payment is not made within 24 hours, your slot will be canceled for someone else to fill.
After the payment is made, I will send you a confirmation sketch. Requesting revisions and adjustments to a piece are only to be made in this stage. After a sketch is decided on, I work to completion and will not edit any further, unless I have made a mistake.
Please be mindful and aware before commissioning me that your commission may take considerably longer if there are commissions before yours in my queue.
Turnarounds may vary, but pieces are usually completed within 1-2 months.
Refund Policy
If I feel like I can not complete your commission for any reason, I will personally issue you a full refund no matter what stage your commission is in.
If after 30 days since initial payment I have not started your commission, you may request a complete refund. I will not do any refunds before then.
Chargebacks are not allowed under any circumstance. If a chargeback is issued for any reason, you will lose ownership rights to all work done and will be blacklisted.
